The TruVeli Double Sided Tape is an efficient, industrial-grade reusable tape that can hold and mount objects in a long term basis. You can used it in your bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, office, meeting room, even car. You can use it to fix or paste items such as poster, picture frame, pen holder, hook, small tools, sticky pads, fixed string lights, car decor, fixed carpet, DIY, etc.

Important Trouble Shooting:
- Please Note: it is not recommended to use it on unstable Paint Walls, rough walls, powdery walls, wet surfaces or uneven surfaces. Our tape is very sticky, avoid causing the wall surfaces to fall off when removing tape.
- Before use: Ensure that the contact surface is kept clean and dry.
- After use: Press down hard and hold for 20 seconds after sticking, to make the adhesive tape fully contact with the surface, this will help maintain long-lasting stickiness.
- How to remove: Using hot air from a hair dryer will soften the tape and make it easier to remove.Then you can use a sharp tool to slowly lift the tape from one side and then slowly peel the tape off the surface of the object.
- To avoid possible damage, do not use the tape to hold heavy objects or valuables.
- Keep this product out of the reach of children.
- Store in a normal cool environment, avoid direct sunlight. If the tape is directly exposed to sunlight for a prolonged period, the color of the tape’s surface may turn yellow. However, yellowing of the tape will not affect the normal use of the product,the adhesive properties of the tape will perform properly in use.

Truveli delivers pan India to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. We do not deliver outside India at the moment.

We ship products within 2 business days from the date when the order is placed. The delivery schedule depends on the product & time of the order. The customer shall be notified about the order details once the order is dispatched.

How to Cancel an Order
If you end up having to cancel an order, please make sure to do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at support@truveli.in , and include the order number in the subject headline. If you need to cancel after Truveli has already shipped it to you, you can refuse the order and send an email with your order number in the subject headline. Be sure to include that you have refused the package and are requesting to cancel the order.
Return Policy
Truveli makes it a priority to handle each product with care and we do everything in our power to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen; fragile items can get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
Personal Care Items such as vests, beauty products, etc are NOT eligible for returns and exchange.
Here are the cases in which we accept returns:
Case 1: If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return. Truveli will pick up the item and send a brand new product replacement to you at no additional cost.
Case 2: If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at support@truveli.in
Be sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.
Case 3: If you believe the quality of your product is poor or you don’t want the product, you must ship the product back to our warehouse:
